Emergency Response Scenario (ERS) - October 1 | Immediately after the Plenary Session

Location: Louisiana State Police Joint Emergency Services Training Center (JESTC) in Zachary, Louisiana

This year's ERS will involve several different public response organizations, E3 Environmental and Onterris. The incident will center around a failure during a high-pressure transfer of an anhydrous ammonia from a rail car to a bulk tanker. These activities present unique challenges for the response community. US Railroads move approximately 2 million carloads of hazardous materials each year.

We hope you will join us for this unique learning experience.

Participation in the ERS incurs a separate fee and includes transportation to and from the venue and lunch.
