This presentation outlines the challenges and solutions for both employers and young professionals on how to recruit, mentor and maintain young environmental professionals in your organization. It also outlines the key qualities employers are looking for in their young environmental professionals.

Mr. Emmett is a Senior Director and Senior Engineer at Environmental Operations, Inc. (EOI) with over 25 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Emmett has helped clients with complying with applicable regulations associated with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act; storm water and NPDES permitting; SPCC plan development; solid and hazardous waste management under RCRA; TSCA registration; international regulations and registration; and EPCRA reporting. Mr. Emmett specializes in developing and implementing compliance programs for industry that are both regulatory compliant and efficient in implementation. Mr. Emmett is a registered professional engineer in over 16 states.
