Learn critical leadership skills from a SWAT team commander!

Let former Chief of Police and SWAT leader Tim D. Keck teach you how to lead effectively, even when you're under stress. Whether it's the day-to-day pressures of running an EHS&S program or the adrenaline-inducing tension of a HAZMAT crisis, Chief Keck has the formula for success. And he wants to share it with you!

During AHMP's Leadership Workshop for 2012, leaders will learn practical skills they can put to work immediately, such as:

  1. Helping their team coalesce around a shared purpose, creating passionate engagement.
  2. Developing a strategic plan with tactical priorities for staying focused.
  3. Picking the right people and developing those you already have, to use their strengths and talents for world-class performance.
  4. Perfecting the top five practices all leaders must engage in to be effective.
  5. Building a strong team and an award-winning culture of success.
  6. Maintaining a laser-like focus on the right results.

Set against the backdrop of the majestic Rocky Mountains, this year's AHMP Leadership Workshop is not to be missed. You will laugh and learn, be challenged and be encouraged to fulfill your mission to lead. Tim's use of proven methods, improvisational humor and real-life stories is sure to keep you engaged throughout the seminar.

As a bonus, your investment in this workshop gets you access to follow-up leadership videos throughout the coming year. These short clips reinforce lessons learned and allow you to teach your own mini-class to your team back home.
