The session will be facilitated by Rodney Grieve and Robert Greenwood, founding partners of BRANTA Worldwide.

BRANTA provides leadership development programs for management teams around the world. Their programs are highly interactive, experiential, and motivating. You may have heard Rodney provide the keynote address at our national conference in St. Louis in 2005 or attended one BRANTA’s pre-conference or concurrent sessions in Orlando (2006), Arlington (2007), Minneapolis (2008), and San Diego (2009). Over the years, Rodney and Rob have worked closely with AHMP’s leadership team to develop programs that meet the unique requirements of AHMP members. Rodney Grieve - Founding Partner, BRANTA Worldwide

Rodney Grieve has nearly 20 years of industry and consulting experience helping organizations, teams and individuals create an environment for success. Since 2000, Grieve has consulted with clients ranging from high tech to waste management, construction to food packaging, heavy equipment manufacturing to industrial services. As a result, he has developed the delivery style and content to be effective anywhere in the organizational structure. Grieve has worked with front-line supervisors all the way to senior executive throughout North America as well as in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. He served in management and senior support positions in the hazardous waste and industrial services sector for more than 10 years. Prior to launching BRANTA in 2000, Rodney was the Western Regional Director of Safety for Philip Services Corp., a multi-national industrial services and hazardous waste company. With no direct reports, Grieve was responsible for the safety, health and well being of more than 1,200 employees in nine states and two provinces. By teaching leadership and communication skills to his front-line supervisors, Rodney led the Western Region to a 36% reduction in total incidents and a whopping 93% reduction in annual safety-related liability costs.

Grieve holds a bachelor of science degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a masters degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver. He is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and a former Certified Instructor for the Dale Carnegie Organization.

Robert Greenwood - Founding Partner, BRANTA Worldwide

Robert Greenwood has 25+ years of industry and consulting experience building, growing and innovating with organizations, teams and individuals. Since 1993, Greenwood has consulted with clients ranging from high tech to biotech, manufacturing to information management, financial services to forest products. As a result, he is responsive to the specific needs of a business and equally comfortable in the boardroom, the computer room or “out on the shop floor.” Greenwood has worked with senior executive and management teams throughout North America, Central America and Europe as well as with groups in Brazil and Australia.

His 15 years in business include senior management positions in strategic quality, operations, technical project management, and human resources in high-tech and manufacturing environments. Greenwood was Southeast Region Operations Manager for the customer support division of a telecommunications systems provider, spearheading a process-improvement team that reduced inventory by 30% while significantly reducing response time and increasing customer satisfaction.

As Strategic Coordinator of that organization’s Service/Quality Initiative, Greenwood was responsible for design and implementation of organization-wide employee-development and process-improvement activities, including training delivery and process-improvement team facilitation. This initiative led the organization to a position of industry leadership in customer satisfaction. Greenwood received his bachelor’s degree from Denison University and completed master-level work at the University of Wisconsin.
